Payment is due at the time of treatment. I do not offer direct billing; however, I will issue you a receipt that you can submit to your extended health benefits provider for reimbursement. I accept debit, Visa, Mastercard, and e-transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is reserved just for you. Please give the courtesy of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. Last minute cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee. Missed appointments/ no-shows will be charged the full treatment fee. 
 
I screen myself and members of my household daily and will advise anyone with an appointment if I need to reschedule your appointment. I ask that clients self-screen for illness prior to their appointment and contact me to reschedule if unwell. You will also undergo a screening in person on arrival and anyone presenting with symptoms/ failing the screening  will have to reschedule their appointment.
